Job Description

We're looking for a dedicated professional to join our team and help make a real difference in the lives of older adults requiring tailored support.

Are you an experienced Brokerage Officer with a proven track record in brokering services for adults aged 65+? Do you excel in coordinating residential and nursing care home placements, ensuring person-centered care and compliance with the Care Act 2014?

Key responsibilities include:
