Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery
  • Ensure high-quality care and education in line with EYFS and Ofsted standards
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing nursery team
  • Foster a positive, collaborative working culture
  • Build strong relationships with parents and external agencies
  • Ensure safeguarding and compliance standards are consistently met
  • Maintain Ofsted readiness at all times

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (UK recognised)
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS framework
  • In-depth understanding of safeguarding
  • Proven leadership experience within a nursery setting
  • GCSE Maths (or equivalent), or willingness to achieve within 2 years
