We are currently recruiting for an experienced and enthusiastic Employment Coordinator to join the Working Denbighshire Employer and Training Team. You will work closely with local businesses and employers to identify, develop and coordinate opportunities including work experience, work placements, work trials, apprenticeships, recruitment opportunities and employment. Location: East Parade, Rhyl, Denbighshire, LL18 3AH Rate: £16.50 per hour Hours: 37 hours per week Contract: 3 months+ Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain positive relationships with employers and businesses across a range of sectors. Proactively identify and develop new employment and work placement opportunities. Understand employer recruitment needs and match suitable opportunities to participants. Negotiate with employers to secure work experience, work trials and employment opportunities. Support participants with preparation for employment, including interview preparation and understanding workplace expectations.
