Salary: £37,284 Basic Salary | OTE £46,285 + Uncapped Bonus
Hours: 45 Hours Per Week, Including Weekends on a Rota Basis

Vehicle Technician Role:
- Carry out vehicle servicing, routine maintenance and mechanical repairs
- Complete a range of repairs, including oil changes and cambelt replacements
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
- Carry out warranty repairs in line with manufacturer standards
- Complete electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs)
- Use modern workshop diagnostic equipment and technical systems
- Complete digital job cards and accurate repair documentation
- Identify additional maintenance and repair requirements
- Work efficiently to achieve workshop productivity and quality standards
- Maintain high standards of health and safety within the workshop
Vehicle Technician Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician, Motor Vehicle Technician or Service Technician
- Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent
- Experience carrying out vehicle servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs
- Previous experience with warranty repairs would be advantageous
- Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
- Confident using workshop diagnostic equipment
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to develop technical knowledge
- MOT Testing Licence advantageous but not essential, as training can be provided
