HGV Technician role for a skilled and flexible technician to join a purpose-builtReadingsite, working on a varied range of heavy commercial vehicles for a family-owned commercial vehicle group. Must have the right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence,Category C and Category C+E licence would be advantageous. Location: Reading Pay / salary: £45,000 basic per annum, OTE £64,000+ with overtime and bonus opportunities Job type: Permanent / full-time role Shift and schedule: Rotating shifts, Monday - Friday 6am - 3pm & Monday - Froday 1pm - 10pm (1 hour unpaid lunch) Benefits: Company pension, life insurance and employee support benefits Overtime paid at enhanced rates, with bonus opportunities available 30 Days Annual Leave including Bank Holidays Tool insurance, uniform, overalls and PPE provided Brand training and career development towards senior technician levels Referral bonus if you introduce your technician friends (£1500!)
