This is a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Centre Manager to join our clients workshop based in Westbury. Supporting the Centre Manager, you will help deliver the company’s business objectives through effective day-to-day management of the Centre. You will lead by example, maintain high operational and customer service standards, and take an active role in customer interaction and team coordination.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver company business objectives through efficient Centre management
- Maintain strong internal controls and operational excellence
- Ensure customers are served promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional Centre environment
- Review business performance regularly to ensure targets are met
- Control Centre costs within budget
- Follow brand strategy to maximise profit margins and supplier support
- Reduce waste and manage consumables efficiently
- Allocate work effectively to maximise team productivity
- Ensure daily takings are checked, secured and banked within required timescales
- Assisting Vehicle Technicians with Vehicle Maintenance when required
Requirements:
- Applicants must have a proven track record in an Automotive Assistant Manager
- City & Guilds or NVQ, or other relevant technical qualifications
- Applicants must have a full UK driving license
