As Branch Manager, you’ll take ownership of day‑to‑day operations, lead a motivated team, and ensure customers receive a first‑class experience. Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:30
- Alternate Saturdays: 08:30 – 13:00
- No Sundays or Bank Holidays

What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee the daily running of the service desk and workshop
- Lead, support, and motivate both the workshop and front‑of‑house teams
- Allocate workloads to technicians and ensure deadlines are met
- Monitor workshop performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
- Communicate clearly with customers about repairs, costs, and authorisations
- Manage parts ordering and stock control within the system
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
- Maintain high standards of safety, service, and operational excellence
