Job Description Roadside Technician - Superflex role (Field based) providing roadside assistance for a national breakdown company with over 15 million members. Great salary, benefits, overtime and bonus opportunities.\n \n In a Roadside Technician Patrol - Superflex role, you'll be part of our most agile and responsive unit - ready to support drivers when they need it most. Permanent / Full time role\n Shift and schedule for the Roadside Technician role \n \n 40 hours per week, averaged over the year. Rest and recovery - 11 hours of rest between shifts and a minimum of two days off every fortnight.\n \n Shift hours may be reduced or withdrawn with a day's notice, so it's important that you can be adaptable. Shift times - shifts may start early, finish late, or fall on any day of the week. n Benefits for the for the Roadside Technician role \n \n • Overtime - 300 overtime hours per year equates to an extra £12,000 per annum.\n \n • Bonus scheme.\n \n • 23 days plus bank holidays (rising to 25 with service).\n \n • Up to 6.5% matched pension contributions.\n \n • Life Insurance cover up to 4x your salary.\n \n • Access to a broad range of career progression opportunities and industry leading training.\n \n • Colleague share scheme.\n \n • Car salary sacrifice scheme?- n \n • Wellbeing support?n Job Responsibilities for the Roadside Technician role \n \n • Attend roadside breakdowns and assess vehicle faults quickly and accurately.\n \n • Carry out mechanical and electrical repairs at the roadside, including battery replacements, wheel changes, and minor engine fixes.\n What you'll need to a be considered for the Roadside Technician role \n \n • Must have a minimum of Level 2 in light vehicle maintenance and repair or ideally Level 3 light vehicle maintenance and repair qualification (City & Guilds, IMI, NVQ, or equivalent)\n \n • Must have a minimum 2-year post-qualification hands on experience with vehicles.
