Job Description

Mobile Vehicle Technician
Location: Crawley
Salary: £40,800 £46,740 per annum (OTE)
Hours:Mon-Fri 08:00-17:30 with 1 hour for lunch (42.5 hours)

A well-established national organisation is looking for a Mobile Vehicle Technician to join their team in the Crawley area. This role offers excellent earning potential, a strong work/life balance, and the independence of working on the road with full support from a dedicated technical network.
Youll enjoy a competitive OTE of up to £46,740 per year (basic £40,800 + bonus + overtime), along with a structured schedule and high-quality equipment to help you deliver first-class service.
Vehicle Technician Responsibilities:
  • Attending customer locations to diagnose and repair vehicles
  • Carrying out servicing, maintenance, warranty work and recalls
  • Working from a pre-planned diary, booked at least 5 days in advance
  • Using a fully equipped, modern support vehicle
  • Liaising with a dedicated workshop team for more complex jobs

Training & Development
Youll have access to an in-house accredited training programme, with opportunities to upskill in areas such as Hybrid & EV repair, braking systems, electrics, tail lifts and more.
Level 2 Vehicle Technicians will receive a personalised training plan to help progress to Level 3.

  • A Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician or Mechanic
  • Experienced in servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
