Salary: £40,000 basic, OTE up to £55,000
Hours: Full-time, Permanent, 39 hours per week
Shift Pattern Monday – Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00 Friday: 08:30 – 16:00
(30-minute lunch break)

We are looking for an experienced VDA (Vehicle Damage Assessor) to join our busy Bodyshop team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to progress their career within a supportive and rewarding environment.

As a VDA, you will:
Accurately assess vehicle damage and produce repair estimates
Liaise with insurers, customers, and technicians to ensure efficient workflow
Support the Bodyshop team in delivering high-quality repair processes
Maintain accurate records in line with industry standardsAbout You
Proven experience as a VDA in a Bodyshop environment
ATA qualification or equivalent desirable
Strong knowledge of Audatex or similar estimating systems
Excellent communication and organisational skills
