This is a fantastic opportunity for a Used Car Sales Manager to join a superb dealer group, a strong brand, working in a busy, state-of-the-art site. We are looking for Used Car Sales Managers with a strong track record in used car sales. Sales Manager role: • Working closely with the senior management team. You will manage the Sales Executive team to a strong sales performance every month. Driving the sales in the department through processes and training the team to work professionally. • Making sure the team offer strong customer service, working with the team to maximise sales while promoting a strong profit per unit and working closely with the finance team to secure the best deal for the customer • Controlling the used car stock to make sure you have the right vehicles for your market area • Making sure all online adverts are done to company & manufacturer guidelines.
