Sales Manager Role:

  • Lead and oversee a busy sales department—including Sales Executives, the Business Manager, and administrative team members—reporting directly to the General Manager
  • Manage the team to deliver a seamless sales process while maintaining close customer engagement throughout the vehicle purchase journey
  • Ensure adherence to dealership and manufacturer standards, including compliance with FCA and financial regulations
  • Set and exceed targets for unit sales, finance penetration, and additional aftermarket products
  • Coach, develop, and mentor the sales team, using structured training and performance management to boost individual and team effectiveness

Sales Manager Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sales Manager or General Sales Manager within a successful car dealership environment
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Self-motivated, driven, and passionate about leadership and team success in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
