Our Client, a leading car manufacturer, is currently looking for a MET Technician to join their business based out of their Croydon Dealership. This role would be ideal for a MET Technician who is looking to grow their OTE in one of the UKs most prestigious brands. To be eligible for this role, you must be ATA or NVQ trained or have held this in the past.

About the role:
- Stripping vehicles for repair
- Checking new parts list whilst stripping
- Reading methods when unsure of correct procedure
- Reporting extra parts needed to Bodyshop Advisor
- Completing quality check sheet at each stage
- Air-con re-gas (trained persons only)
- Geometry (trained persons only)
- Light alignment
- Fitting vehicles after repair
- Checking locks, lights, electrics as per quality check sheet
- Reporting to your line manager if warning lights are on
- Cleaning up work/storage area, and making sure that plant and equipment is working correctly; any faults found, immediately inform management of findings
- Responsible for and supervising unqualified staff as necessary
What We're Looking For:
- Be an experienced MET Technician
- Must be a fully qualified MET Technician either currently or in the past to ATA or NVQ standard
- Be able to interact with customers and give excellent service
- Be self-motivated and driven to achieve all targets set
- Work well under pressure
