General Sales Manager Role:
- Lead and oversee a busy sales department including Sales Executives, the Business Manager, and administrative team members reporting directly to the General Manager
- Manage the team to deliver a seamless sales process while maintaining close customer engagement throughout the vehicle purchase journey
- Ensure adherence to dealership and manufacturer standards, including compliance with FCA and financial regulations
- Set and exceed targets for unit sales, finance penetration, and additional aftermarket products
