We are seeking a Fast-Fit Technician to join our growing team at our Stafford site. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.
Salary: £29,000–£32,000 per year
Bonus: £3,600+ achievable

About the Role
As a Fast-Fit Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Accurate tyre repair and tyre fitting
- Exhaust and brake removal/repair
- Basic vehicle servicing
- Maintaining documentation in line with company procedures
- Upholding industry-leading standards
- Ensuring vehicles are returned clean and free of marks
- Carrying out additional reasonable duties as required
- Maintaining high standards of personal presentation and uniform
About You as a Fast Fit Technician
- NVQ Level 1, 2, 3 or equivalent automotive qualification
- Experience in mechanical or fast-fit repairs (tyres, brakes, exhausts, suspension, servicing)
- Strong customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Commitment to quality workmanship and willingness to seek guidance when needed
