Our client, one of the UK's fastest growing fast-fit automotive businesses, is currently looking for a Centre Manager based at their retail centre in Bath. As a Centre Manager, you would be responsible for the day-to-day running of the centre, managing and motivating the centre team.
Working hours include Saturdays from 08:30 to 16:00 on a rota with a day off during the week.

Centre Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate the centre and workshop teams and drive sales performance
- Run the day-to-day operation of the centre
- Maximise customer conversion and ensure strong customer service
- Manage stock control, deliveries, branch assets and takings
- Ensure workshop equipment and machinery are properly maintained
- Maintain Health and Safety standards
