Service Advisor Duties:
- Welcome customers bringing their vehicles in for scheduled and unscheduled servicing and repairs
- Book vehicles into the workshop and provide updates on progress
- Support the aftersales team, including workshop controllers, and assist the Service Manager with the day to day running of a busy department
- Manage customer expectations with a consistently professional approach
- Upsell additional products and services to new and existing customers
Service Advisor Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership, bodyshop, or independent workshop
- A full UK driving licence
- Willing to work weekends
