Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:30 - 18:00 (set day off during the week), Saturday: 09:00 - 17:00 / 10:00 - 16:00, 1 in 3 Sundays (day off in lieu)

Are you an experienced automotive sales professional ready to take the next step in your career? Toyota Sidcup is looking for a motivated Sales Transaction Controller to support a high-performing sales team, maximise profitability, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the sales team in achieving new and used vehicle sales targets
- Maximise finance, insurance, and product penetration opportunities
- Ensure FCA compliance and maintain excellent customer outcomes
- Work closely with customers to provide a professional and transparent purchasing experience
- Drive renewals and customer retention activity
- Monitor and support deal profitability across new and used vehicle sales
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team on vehicle funding and product solutions
- Contribute to achieving dealership volume and profitability objectives
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Business Manager, Transaction Manager, or Sales Transaction Controller
- Alternatively, a Senior Sales Executive with at least 3 years' automotive sales experience looking to progress
- FCA Accredited
- Strong understanding of automotive finance and product sales
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Customer-focused with a commercial mindset
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
- A full UK driving licence is essential
