We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a busy main dealership in Sidcup. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service and organisational skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building relationships with both retail and trade customers.

Role:

  • Assist retail and trade customers with parts enquiries in person and over the phone
  • Process orders accurately and recommend suitable parts and products
  • Build relationships with trade customers and promote additional products and services
  • Receive, check and allocate incoming stock
  • Maintain accurate records using internal systems
  • Work closely with suppliers and the workshop to ensure efficient parts supply
  • Deliver excellent customer service while supporting departmental sales targets

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in an automotive customer service/sales role
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Good IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and web-based systems
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach
  • Full UK Driving Licence required
