In a Roadside Technician Patrol - Superflex role, you'll be part of our most agile and responsive unit ready to support drivers when they need it most.
Permanent / Full time role. Shift and schedule for the Roadside Technician role: 40 hours per week, averaged over the year. Rest and recovery: 11 hours of rest between shifts and a minimum of two days off every fortnight. Shift hours may be reduced or withdrawn with a day's notice, so it's important that you can be adaptable. Shift times may start early, finish late, or fall on any day of the week.

Job Responsibilities for the Roadside Technician role:
- Attend roadside breakdowns and assess vehicle faults quickly and accurately.
- Carry out mechanical and electrical repairs at the roadside, including battery replacements, wheel changes, and minor engine fixes.
What you'll need to be considered for the Roadside Technician role:
- Must have a minimum of Level 2 in light vehicle maintenance and repair or ideally Level 3 light vehicle maintenance and repair qualification (City & Guilds, IMI, NVQ, or equivalent).
- Must have a minimum 2-year post-qualification hands-on experience with vehicles, either in a workshop or mobile vehicle type role.
- A customer-focused approach.
- Must have a full UK driving licence.
