Salary: £26,000 - £27,500 basic salary (Rising to £29,500 once brand accreditation is achieved), (OTE £33,500 (Uncapped))
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00am to 5:30pm with, 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am to 12pm
We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor for our client’s showroom in Gloucester. This is an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor to join a family run company with a great team and site that offers training & promotion opportunities.

Service Advisor role:
- Take Service Department bookings.
- Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the standards expected.
- Meeting and greeting service customers and identifying their service requirements.
- Updating customers with technical issues.
- Dealing with complaints.
- Seize opportunities for up selling products.
Service Advisor requirements:
- We are ideally looking for someone with Service Advisor experience however this is not essential.
- At minimum you must have solid background in customer service.
- Full UK driving license.
