Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:30pm, plus 1 in 6 Saturdays

Key Responsibilities of the Service Advisor

• Welcome customers and book their vehicles in for scheduled or unscheduled servicing.
• Provide updates on vehicle progress with professionalism and a friendly approach.
• Support the aftersales team, including workshop controllers, and assist the Service Manager with daily operations.
• Manage customer expectations and build long-lasting relationships.
• Upsell additional products and services to new and existing customers.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor is essential.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
