Service Advisor
Location: Bicester
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 basic, £36,000 OTE
Hours: Monday to Friday 42.5 hours on a three-week rotation, week 1: 7am to 4pm, week 2: 8am to 5pm, week 3: 9am to 6pm. 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.

Service Advisor Duties
- Welcome customers bringing their vehicles in for scheduled and unscheduled servicing and repairs
- Book vehicles into the workshop and provide updates on progress
- Support the aftersales team, including workshop controllers, and assist the Service Manager with the day‑to‑day running of a busy department
- Manage customer expectations with a consistently professional approach
- Upsell additional products and services to new and existing customers
Service Advisor Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership, bodyshop, or independent workshop
- A full UK driving licence
