Service Advisor Duties
- Greet and assist customers when they arrive for scheduled and unscheduled servicing and repairs, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Book vehicles into the workshop, maintain regular updates to customers throughout the service process.
- Support the after-sales function by working closely with workshop controllers and assisting the Service Manager in the efficient running of a busy department.
- Manage customer expectations professionally, ensuring transparent communication and a high level of service at every touchpoint.
- Upsell additional products and services to both new and returning customers, contributing to departmental growth.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a car dealership, bodyshop, or independent garage.
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Willingness to work weekends.
