Senior Customer Service Advisor  – Coalville (moving to Castle Donnington June 2025) Location: Coalville Salary: Negotiable depending on experience £36,000 to £38,000 Working hours: Mon to Fri 39 hours 27235 We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Customer Service Advisor  for our clients leading supplier workshop in Coalville (Site will be relocating to Castle Donnington in 2025) This is a exiting opportunity for a Service Controller to join a state of the art workshop, great team and site that offers training & promotion opportunities. For this customer facing Service Advisor opportunity you must have experience preferably within a car dealership Service department as a service advisor or Service controller, or in a commercial / HGV workshop Service Controller role: This Service controller position entails dealing with the customer as they wish to book work into the workshop. Delivering high levels of customer service you will find their requirements and advise on cost, time scale and what exactly will happen. This customer controller role is within a busy Workshop that requires someone who can deal with the volumes while delivering a high standard of customer service.
