This pivotal role ensures that all vehicle sales are processed smoothly, professionally, and with outstanding attention to detail.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and oversee the complete administration of vehicle sales transactions, from order through to delivery.
- Ensure all vehicle orders, finance documents, and customer paperwork are accurately processed and compliant.
- Liaise between the sales team as a 2nd face to finalise finance and upselling relevant products to customers.
- Reconcile vehicle stock, invoicing, and funding paperwork with precision.
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy, financial compliance, and dealership efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Sales Transaction Controller, Business Manager or similar. We will also look at a car sales executive looking to step up.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- A team player with a customer-focused approach.
- Confident in using dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office.
- A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.
