Car Sales Executive Role
Guide customers through the entire vehicle purchasing journeyfrom initial inquiry to final handoveroffering tailored advice and securing the best market deals
Arrange test drives, showcase vehicle features, explain optional extras (financing, insurance, warranties), and upsell add-on products
Generate and qualify leads, proactively prospecting potential customers via phone, email, and showroom enquiries
Communicate effectively in a fast-paced showroom environment, ensuring high levels of organisation to manage appointments and follow-ups
Build trust and long-term rapport with customers through active listening, empathy, and responsive support

Car Sales Executive Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in car sales; dealership background preferred but not essential
A full UK driving licence
Resilience and target-driven mindset, with the ability to thrive in high-pressure, commission-based environments
Highly organised, adept at multitasking, follow-ups, and managing a pipeline of leads.
