My client is one of the UK's leading main dealerships in the area and they’re looking for an experienced LCV Technician & MOT wanting to join a great team! Key Requirements- A Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent). We will also consider level 2.
- Main dealer or manufacturer-approved workshop experience (preferred).
- A full UK driving licence.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent customer service skills and a team-first attitude.
- Experience mentoring apprentices (desirable).
- MOT Tester qualification.
As a Light Commercial Vehicle Technician, you will take on servicing, routine maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards. You’ll also support and guide colleagues, especially apprentices, helping to build a collaborative and high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Servicing and carry out high-quality repairs on light commercial vehicles (LCVs).
- Support the workshop team with technical advice and coaching.
- Complete all documentation in line with company and compliance requirements.
- Take part in manufacturer training and ongoing technical development.
- Help maintain a clean, inclusive, and safety-conscious working environment.
