Roadside Technician (Nights)
Location: Milton Keynes and the broader surrounding areas Pay / salary: Base: £42,920 plus overtime (£26 per hour) and bonus enabling earnings in excess of £65,000 PA Job type: Permanent / Full time role
Shift and schedule for the Roadside Technician role 40 hours per week between 6pm and 6pm, Monday to Sunday.
Shifts known 4 months in advance.

Job Responsibilities for the Roadside Technician role Attend roadside breakdowns and assess vehicle faults quickly and accurately.
Carry out mechanical and electrical repairs at the roadside, including battery replacements, wheel changes, and minor engine fixes.
Use diagnostic tools to identify issues and determine repair options.
Provide temporary solutions when full repair isnt possible, ensuring member mobility.
Advise members clearly on next steps, including recovery if needed.
Work safely and efficiently in varied environments and conditions.
What youll need to a be considered for the Roadside Technician role Must have a minimum of Level 2 in light vehicle maintenance and repair or ideally Level 3 light vehicle maintenance and repair qualification (City & Guilds, IMI, NVQ, or equivalent) Must have a minimum 2-year post-qualification hands on experience with vehicles.
Either in a workshop or mobile vehicle type role.
A customer-focused approach Must have right to work in the UK status.
Must have a full UK driving licence - max 6 points, no bans
