Role Overview β Roadside Technician:
β’ Diagnose and repair vehicle problems, including engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical issues.
β’ Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
β’ Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex issues.
β’ Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
β’ Communicate with customers about vehicle issues and repair recommendations.
β’ Maintain a clean and organized work area.
β’ Keep up to date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
Requirements β Roadside Technician:
β’ We are seeking a Level 3-qualified Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Technician (City & Guilds, IMI, NVQ, or equivalent); however, candidates with a Level 2 qualification will be considered, provided they can demonstrate their qualifications.
β’ Minimum 3 yearsβ experience within the vehicle workshop or working as a Mobile Vehicle Technician
β’ A full UK driving licence β no more than 9 points or bans on the licence
β’ Demonstrate technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
