This Mobile Vehicle Technician / Roadside Technician is working for one of the UK’s leading vehicle breakdown companies who provide a first-class service to thousands of customers. - Working closely with the breakdown team you will be tasked with attending breakdowns to diagnose issues they have.
- Working on the vehicles to ideally get them back on the road otherwise making sure the vehicle goes back to the workshop.
- Identifying problems and advising the customer on the vehicle’s issues.
- Vehicle servicing & general maintenance including electrical & vehicle diagnostics.
- Mobile Vehicle Technicians / Roadside Technicians are the face of the business so it’s important you deliver exceptional Customer Service.
- Must have a minimum level 2 Vehicle maintenance and Repair, ideally looking for level 3 Vehicle maintenance and Repair.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence.
- Have a strong all round technical experience – maintenance, technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
