We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Parts Advisor to join our growing team at Toyota Edgware. This is a varied, customer-facing role that supports both our retail counter and internal workshop operations. What You’ll Do:
- Provide excellent customer service to trade, retail, and workshop clients
- Accurately identify, locate, and supply required parts using in-house systems
- Handle parts enquiries via phone, email, and in person at the front counter
- Support the workshop by ensuring timely and accurate parts supply
- Maintain stock records and assist with regular inventory checks
- Process incoming deliveries and manage parts storage areas
- Contribute to daily team targets and the overall success of the department
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience within the automotive industry, ideally with a background as a Parts Advisor
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Good working knowledge of parts identification tools and dealer systems
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
- A full UK driving licence (preferred)
