We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor, Automotive Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor to join a busy dealership in Brighton. Applicants must have previous Service Advisor experience within the automotive industry, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK.
Job Details:
- Location: Brighton
- Salary: £32,000 basic + bonus
- OTE: £38,000, uncapped
- Hours: 42 hours per week | Monday to Friday between 8:00am–6:00pm, plus Saturday mornings on a rota

Role:
- Book MOTs, servicing and vehicle repair work
- Manage customer enquiries by telephone, online and in person
- Keep customers updated throughout their vehicle's time in the workshop
- Advise customers on warranty cover and service options
