Parts Advisor in Huddersfield

Parts Advisor
Location:Huddersfield
Salary:£26,250 basic Plus Bonus
Hours:Monday to Froday 8am – 5pm and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 8am – 12:30pm.

I am currently seeking an Parts Advisor to join our client in Huddersfield. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a family run company with a great environment, performance incentives and benefits.

Parts Advisor key responsibilities:

• Answering customer enquiries accurately and promptly
• Locating parts and accessories from stock or ordering from suppliers
• Ensuring customer orders are fulfilled in a timely and professional manner
• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining accurate stock records and inventories
• Ensuring the parts store is kept tidy and organised
• Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers
• Communicating effectively with colleagues and customers
• Regularly updating the parts database
• Providing excellent customer service

Parts Advisor skills required:

• Proven experience in a similar role in the motortrade ideal but not essential
• You must have experiencewithin the motor trade so if you are a Vehicle Technician looking to come off the tools we welcome your application
• Full driving licence
