Parts AdvisorLocation: HeathrowSalary: up to £32,000 basic, OTE £36,000 +(We do not provide sponsorship)Hours: 40 hours per week Monday – Friday 0900-1800, Saturdays 1 in 3 0700-1200**Must have motor industry parts experience**Ref: 28474I am?currently seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our clients family run business. The main purpose of the Parts Advisor role is to ensure that the correct parts and accessories are supplied to the customer, as per the order.?Parts Advisor Key Responsibilities:Answering customer enquiries accurately and promptlyLocating parts and accessories from stock or ordering from suppliersEnsuring customer orders are fulfilled in a timely and professional mannerProcessing customer orders accurately and efficientlyMaintaining accurate stock records and inventoriesEnsuring the parts store is kept tidy and organisedBuilding and maintaining relationships with suppliersCommunicating effectively with colleagues and customersRegularly updating the parts databaseProviding excellent customer serviceParts Advisor Skills Required:Proven experience in a similar role in the motor industryGood knowledge of motor parts and accessoriesAbility to build relationships with customers and suppliersExcellent organisational and administrative skillsStrong communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and to tight deadlinesGood problem-solving skillsComputer literacy and working knowledge of databasesFull driving licenceIf you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for the motor industry, then this is the perfect role for you.
