Panel Beater

We have a Panel Beater position based at our clients Toyota Croydon paying a basic salary up to £50,000 depending on experience and accreditation's, with an uncapped and realistic OTE of £10,000. There’s plenty of earning potential with our client who will also guarantee bonus whilst you’re on annual leave or on training. As a Panel Beater, You will play a very important role in achieving our client’s organisational goals. With great technical knowledge and an eye for detail, you will always prepare the vehicles to the highest standard with the customer in mind. Knowledgeable and professional, you’ll work in your team to achieve the Bodyshop targets, delivering excellent quality to the customer without compromising safety. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Panel Beater to increase their OTE and become fully qualified, While working for one of the UK’s best dealership groups.  About the role of Panel Beater: Maintain and ensure all dry & wet consumables are used and accounted for Carry out the repair process in line with Manufacturers standards, and utilise the tools/supplies in a way in which they were designed/intended to be used Trained or seeking training within areas of responsibility To have experience in the body/paint repair of motor vehicles To report all faults, defects noticed whilst working on vehicles Ensure at all times suitable vehicle protection when working on a customer’s vehicle (Seat covers and protection to aperture’s) Maintain full anti corrosion techniques/application whilst carrying out vehicle repairs in line with approved methodology Carry out repairs in line with pre-determined repair methodology as stated on job card/estimate Comply fully to Health & Safety adherence within areas of responsibility Keep all working areas within area of responsibility clean and tidy at all times To ensure customer satisfaction is achieved in the repair of motor vehicles of all types To ensure acceptable quality standards are maintained throughout the repair process To carry out such work in a safe, economic, productive & efficient manner  Experience Required to be a Vehicle Technician Must hold their ATA Accreditation Be an experienced Panel Beater Work well under pressure Take pride in your work and have a keen eye for detail Deliver great customer service Be hardworking and self-motivated Have the drive to earn and succeedAbout the Company Excellent basic salary Toyota training pushing you through the ranks Bonus scheme based on hitting targets Guaranteed efficiency bonus while on holiday & training Modern work environment with top facilities Real career progression based around your aspirations Market leading benefits including healthcare, pension, childcare and company lease scheme  If you’re looking for a Panel Beater role within a business that promotes positive change and development, then this is the role for you.
