We are recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor, Automotive Parts Advisor or Parts Sales Advisor to join a busy automotive business in Basingstoke. Applicants must have previous automotive parts experience, hold a Full UK Driving Licence, and have the right to work in the UK.
Location: Basingstoke
Salary: £28,500 Basic | OTE: £31,500
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm | No Saturdays

Parts Advisor Role:
- Supply automotive parts to workshop and customer requirements
- Identify and source the correct vehicle parts efficiently
- Process parts orders and enquiries accurately
- Receive, check and organise incoming stock
- Maintain accurate stock levels and parts records
- Liaise with Technicians, Service Advisors and other departments
- Deliver excellent customer service while supporting parts sales
Parts Advisor Requirements:
- Previous automotive parts experience
- Experience as a Parts Advisor, Automotive Parts Advisor, Parts Sales Advisor or similar
- Good knowledge of automotive parts and stock processes
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good organisational and IT skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Right to work in the UK
