Used Car Sales Controller Location: Hinckley

Salary: £30,000 basic per annum plus bonus, OTE up to £60,000

Working Hours: 42.5 Hour Contract, 5 days a week, Monday to Friday 10am-7pm, Sat 10am to 6pm, Sun 10am to 4pm

We are recruiting a Sales Controller to join our client in Hinckley, who is the UK’s fastest growing, independently owned Used Car Supermarket. Having a vast amount of experience within the industry and an excellent selection of used cars to suit every need and budget, we are all about keeping customers happy by offering an excellent personal service.

You will work in a busy environment with an unusually high footfall where you will be selling quality value vehicles from between 150-200 vehicles on-site at any one time. Our customers like the competitive pricing and the knowledge that every car offered has passed an AA 128-point check. You will be backed up with a strong support team to train and develop you in your long and lucrative career.

In return, you can expect:

  • Basic £30,000
  • OTE up to £60K
  • 28 Days Holiday

Used Car Sales Controller Duties:

  • Responsible for maintaining the overall performance of the site
  • Carrying out some general manager responsibilities during absences from site
  • Management of the sales team and their performance
  • Supporting the sales team with regards to sold units and value-added products
  • Identifying opportunities to support sales team in closing the deal
  • Auditing deal presenter and subsequent opportunities
  • Audit financial documents to ensure compliance
  • Hitting and exceeding your monthly sales targets

Used Car Sales Controller Requirements:

  • Breadth of experience across all elements of used car retail
  • Capable of leading by example
  • Demonstrates the highest standards

  • Highly motivated and a motivator of people
  • Good time management skills

  • FCA accredited (after training)
