Location: Hatfield

Salary: Up to £45,000 plus bonus, OTE up to £60,000 (uncapped earnings)

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5:30pm, Saturdays on Rota, 1 hour lunch

Your day-to-day as a Vehicle Technician:

  • Complete vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs to the highest standards
  • Diagnose faults and inspect key components with accuracy
  • Deliver clear and professional technical advice to customers when required
  • Provide outstanding service, building trust and repeat business
  • Work closely with the reception and workshop teams for smooth daily operations
  • Support and mentor other Vehicle Technicians, sharing knowledge and expertise

What we’re looking for:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
  • Strong eye for detail with the ability to meet efficiency targets
  • Team-focused, with great communication skills
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • MOT licence is an advantage, but not essential
