We are recruiting for an experienced Aftersales Manager, Service Manager or Automotive Aftersales Manager to lead a large multi-department Aftersales operation in Norwich. Applicants must have proven experience successfully managing a sizeable automotive Aftersales, Service or Workshop team, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK. Main dealership experience is required, with prestige or multi-brand experience advantageous.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm | No weekends

Aftersales Manager Role:
- Lead the complete Aftersales operation across multiple prestige brands
- Drive Aftersales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction
- Oversee a 24-ramp workshop, large Parts Department and onsite SMART repair facility
- Monitor departmental KPIs, productivity, efficiency and financial performance
- Develop Service, Workshop and Parts teams to achieve operational targets
- Maintain excellent manufacturer, compliance and customer service standards
Aftersales Manager Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Aftersales Manager, Service Manager or senior automotive Aftersales leader
- Strong commercial understanding of Service, Workshop and Parts operations
- Ability to drive performance, profitability and customer satisfaction
- Energetic, visible leadership style with strong people-management skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
