Service Advisor role for a busy dealership, working within a fast-paced aftersales department and acting as a key point of contact between customers and the workshop. Great salary, benefits, bonus opportunities and ongoing manufacturer-led training available. Must have the right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence.

Salary: Up to £32,000 + bonus OTE £40,000

Permanent / full-time role

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm, Saturday mornings on a rota

Service Advisor Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealership is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and manage customer expectations professionally
  • Excellent administration, communication and interpersonal skills

Service Advisor role:

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers during their service or repair visit.
  • Manage service walk-in enquiries on behalf of the dealership and ensure customers receive clear, professional support.
  • Identify and upsell additional work where appropriate, documenting all findings accurately.
  • Carry out duties in line with brand service requirements and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
