We are looking for a customer-focused MOT Technician to join our team at our Swadlincote site. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service.
Salary: £32,600 basic plus bonus up to £37,600 per year
Bonus: £3,600+ achievable

About the Role
As an MOT Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out MOT tests in line with DVSA requirements
- Completing mechanical repairs and general servicing
- Fitting brakes, exhausts, tyres, and other mechanical components
- Using alignment equipment and interpreting results accurately
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Maintaining excellent personal presentation and correct uniform
- Following all health & safety regulations
- Carrying out reasonable tasks requested by management
About You
- Valid MOT Licence (essential)
- Experience in mechanical and fast-fit repairs (tyres, brakes, exhausts, suspension, servicing)
- Strong customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Confident using hand tools and working to high standards
