We are recruiting for an experienced Parts Supervisor, Senior Parts Advisor or Automotive Parts Supervisor to join a busy main dealership in Northampton. Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive industry, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK.
Job Details
- Location: Northampton
- Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 Basic + Bonus
- OTE: £35,000 - £36,000
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays, 8:30am - 12:30pm

Parts Supervisor Role
- Support the day-to-day running of the Parts Department
- Supply parts to the workshop, trade and retail customers
- Process parts orders accurately and maintain stock levels
- Support and guide Parts Advisors within the department
- Handle telephone, trade and customer parts enquiries
- Work closely with Service Advisors and Vehicle Technicians
- Maintain high standards of customer service and departmental efficiency
Parts Supervisor Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive industry
- Previous experience as a Parts Supervisor or Senior Parts Advisor is advantageous
- Good knowledge of automotive parts and stock control
- Strong customer service, communication and organisational skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Right to work in the UK
