A modern, well‑equipped Bodyshop is looking for an experienced Panel Technician with strong MET capability to join a high‑performing repair centre using the latest tools and technology.

The Role

  • Complete a full range of panel repairs, including structural panel work, alignment, replacement and strip/refit.
  • Carry out MET tasks such as removing, refitting and testing mechanical, electrical and trim components.
  • Handle both major repairs (panel replacement, door/bumper strip & refit) and smaller cosmetic work (dent removal, scratch repair, refinishing).
  • Work closely with estimators, painters and workshop leadership to maintain efficient workflow.
  • Meet and exceed assessed repair timelines while maintaining accuracy, safety and manufacturer standards.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Panel Technician, ideally within a dealership or established Bodyshop.
  • Confident MET capability with solid understanding of mechanical, electrical and trim removal/refit.
  • Strong attention to detail with a process‑driven, quality‑first approach.
  • Reliable, safety‑focused team player who values a clean, organised workshop.
  • Someone committed to high standards and keen to develop through ongoing training.
