A modern, well‑equipped Bodyshop is looking for an experienced Panel Technician with strong MET capability to join a high‑performing repair centre using the latest tools and technology.
The Role
- Complete a full range of panel repairs, including structural panel work, alignment, replacement and strip/refit.
- Carry out MET tasks such as removing, refitting and testing mechanical, electrical and trim components.
- Handle both major repairs (panel replacement, door/bumper strip & refit) and smaller cosmetic work (dent removal, scratch repair, refinishing).
- Work closely with estimators, painters and workshop leadership to maintain efficient workflow.
- Meet and exceed assessed repair timelines while maintaining accuracy, safety and manufacturer standards.
- What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Panel Technician, ideally within a dealership or established Bodyshop.
- Confident MET capability with solid understanding of mechanical, electrical and trim removal/refit.
- Strong attention to detail with a process‑driven, quality‑first approach.
