Role: Diagnostic Technician
Basic Salary: £44,207 | OTE UNCAPPED: £52,000 (time saved bonus, team profit, CSI bonus)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct advanced diagnostic investigations using the latest tools and software.
- Complete EV and hybrid work (if qualified), plus hydraulic and safety-critical repairs.
- Accurately identifying hard-to-find faults and resolving them efficiently.
- Support Apprentice Technicians with guidance and development.
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety and process compliance.
Qualifications:
- A Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance.
- A recognised diagnostic accreditation or strong diagnostic background.
- Previous experience as a Diagnostic Technician or Mechanic (brand-qualified candidates also considered).
- Strong teamwork, attention to detail and a commitment to safe working practices.
- A genuine desire to progress, with ongoing manufacturer training provided to keep you ahead of the latest technologies and EV requirements.
