Salary: £32,000 basic + bonus
Working Hours: 42 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern:
- 5:30am - 2:30pm
- 8:00am - 5:00pm
- 10:00am - 7:00pm
- Plus 1 in 3 Saturdays: 7:00am - 12:00pm

Role:
- Manage customer bookings and act as the main point of contact throughout the service process
- Liaise with customers and technicians to provide updates on vehicle progress and repair requirements
- Upsell additional repairs and workshop services where appropriate
- Obtain authorisations, raise invoices, and maintain accurate service records
- Schedule workshop jobs to maximise efficiency and utilisation
- Order parts and arrange subcontract work when required
- Follow up with customers after completion to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, ideally within HGV, commercial vehicles, or automotive
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational and administrative ability
- Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Good technical understanding of vehicle servicing and repairs
- Proactive team player with excellent attention to detail
