Role:
- Support the day-to-day running of the front-of-house aftersales operation, ensuring an efficient and professional customer journey.
- Assist in leading, motivating, and developing the Service Advisor team to maintain high levels of performance and customer care.
- Help manage customer queries and complaints while working closely with the workshop to ensure smooth workflow and strong service standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a main dealer aftersales environment, ideally with a strong background as a Service Advisor.
- Confident in supporting and guiding a front-of-house team while delivering excellent customer service and handling escalated queries.
- A full UK driving licence is required.
