Location: Hatfield
Salary: Up to £45,000 plus bonus, OTE up to £60,000 (uncapped earnings)
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5:30pm, Saturdays on Rota, 1 hour lunch

Your day-to-day as a Vehicle Technician:
- Complete vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs to the highest standards
- Diagnose faults and inspect key components with accuracy
- Deliver clear and professional technical advice to customers when required
- Provide outstanding service, building trust and repeat business
- Work closely with the reception and workshop teams for smooth daily operations
- Support and mentor other Vehicle Technicians, sharing knowledge and expertise
What we’re looking for:
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Strong eye for detail with the ability to meet efficiency targets
- Team-focused, with great communication skills
- Valid UK driving licence
- MOT licence is an advantage, but not essential
