Our client are currently looking for a Vehicle Technician to join their business in Slough. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician or EV Trained Technician to join their brand new dealership with a state-of-the-art workshop. They are ideally looking for an EV qualified Technician, or someone who holds an MOT licence and is interested in developing their skills within EV. They are also willing to put you through your MOT licence and offer a 3 month bonus guarantee!

What we're looking for:
- Must have a valid level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Hold a valid MOT licence - ideal
- Hold a level 4 electric qualification, or be main dealer accreditation in EV - Ideal
- Take great care and pride in your work giving no return visits for customers
- Have a passion for the Automotive industry and want to develop further
- Want to learn and develop your knowledge of Electric/Hybrid vehicles
About the role of Vehicle Technician:
- Completing MOTs on customers vehicles (if you have an MOT licence)
- Completing major and minor repairs
- Fault finding and fault diagnosis of cars
- Using diagnostic tools to find faults and repair as necessary
- Replacing parts and completing work where required
- Working with other centre areas (Service, Parts, etc) and keeping all informed
- Meeting or exceeding efficiency and productivity targets
- Conducting road tests with customers
- Light and full-service work
