The Role

As a Parts Supervisor, you will oversee the daily running of the parts department, ensuring stock is received, checked and stored correctly. You will pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately, maintain departmental records, and support ordering processes. Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring all operational standards are met will be central to your success.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Receiving, checking and storing stock daily
  • Picking, packing and dispatching parts accurately
  • Maintaining departmental records and filing systems
  • Ordering parts and accessories under guidance of the Service Manager
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Ensuring compliance with all company policies and operating standards
